Yes, if he/she is available on that day.
2What are the costs for a research study?
Quotes are customized per client as every client has different wishes and needs. These requirements and needs can be communicated by phone or e-mail. Following that, a fitting quote will be estimated.
3Can I conduct a research study at a different location?
Yes. Our service Fris On-the-Go allows you to conduct research studies at a location of your choice. We book the location, technical support and a host(ess). We can also take care of recruitment for Inhomes or arrange workplace interviews.
4Is it possible to observe a research study from a different location than at Bureau Fris?
Yes. We offer streaming services (through FocusVision or our own supplier).
5Is it possible to project photos, videos or other files in the research rooms?
All rooms have tv screens that you can connect your laptop to via HDMI and VGA. We can also provide a beamer and screen.
6What are the parking options at Bureau Fris locations?
Parking information is available at each facility. We can register your car through Parkmobile when you inform the host(ess). Costs will be added to the invoice.
7How far in advance can I book a research study?
Preferably at least 2 weeks in advance. However, emergency recruitment is also possible.

9Does Bureau Fris also facilitate research studies outside of the Netherlands?
Yes, in Belgium.

2Which target groups can you reach with your database of respondents?
Currently we have approximately 25,000 people throughout the Netherlands in our database that represent nearly all target groups. For more information, contact one of our account managers or call 020-5305000.
3Is it possible to observe a research study with Dutch audio when a foreign translator is present?
In all rooms it’s possible to observe the original Dutch audio with a translator set. The original and translator audio are recorded and a back-up can be made of the recording of the language of your choice.
4Where is Bureau Fris located?
Bureau Fris has two locations: Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
5How does Bureau Fris recruit respondents for my research study?
Bureau Fris respondents fill in a detailed personal profile after which they are selected through a questionnaire. The questionnaire is created based on the criteria required by the client. During respondent selection we always perform a personal check (by phone) to check if respondents are really suitable for your research study.
